As Helpdesk Technician, you will be part of Vitec Group IT, responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to users across various countries and IT environments, primarily Microsoft-based and MacOS.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Fluent in at least one of Dutch, Finnish, or Swedish
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Pedagogical and service-oriented with good communication skills
  • IT education or relevant background
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users in multiple countries and IT environments
  • Manage cases through case management system taking ownership from start to finish
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to solve IT problems
  • Support Microsoft-based and MacOS users
  • Communicate effectively with users to provide professional service
