Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with component engineers to plan and coordinate testing activities for various systems in test laboratories
- Conduct and oversee scheduled tests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
- Analyze test data, compile findings, and produce technical reports
- Share insights and recommendations with project teams and stakeholders
- Suggest engineering solutions and plan additional testing when needed to support decision-making
- Continuously refine testing methodologies and tools
Required hard skills:
- Experience in engine calibration or similar
- Automotive industry experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
