Join Muneris IT as a Consultative IT Technician where you have the opportunity to influence and contribute your expertise. Work closely with customers taking technical responsibility and advising on the development of tomorrow's IT environments. Responsible for operation, maintenance, and development of IT solutions for small and medium-sized customers including networks, servers, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and security. The role includes working closely with customers to understand their needs and delivering long-term valuable technical solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of professional experience as an IT technician, ideally with broad responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products: Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with network design and configuration (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V and storage solutions.
  • Basic understanding of security principles and compliance with standards.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English languages.
  • Possession of a valid B driving license.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate, maintain, and develop IT solutions for small and medium-sized customers.
  • Work with networks, servers, cloud services and ensure high availability and security of customer IT infrastructure.
  • Act as a technical advisor for customers understanding their unique needs and proposing value-creating solutions.
  • Work on new customer setups and maintain existing customer environments.
  • Lead and manage smaller projects and participate as a technical expert in larger implementations.
