Main requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in a technical, client-facing role
  • Strong technical foundation with curiosity about APIs, system architectures, and payment flows
  • Good project management skills handling multiple projects or client integrations simultaneously
  • Clear communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Collaborative, thoughtful approach with initiative to complete projects
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as dedicated technical partner for new merchants guiding full integration process
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to understand merchant needs and create technical solutions
  • Analyze merchant checkouts and processes to identify improvements enhancing conversion and stability
  • Lead technical workshops
  • Improve API documentation and integration materials for clarity and effectiveness
