IT Support Technician at Government Agency in Norrköping

Full-time consultant position starting November 9, 2025, for at least 1 year with high possibility of extension. The position is security classified requiring Swedish citizenship and a security clearance.
Main requirements:
  • Swedish citizenship due to security classification
  • Minimum high school education within IT or equivalent
  • At least 6 months work experience in IT support or related role
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication and information security
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Easit and ACE
  • Experience with IT environments like Windows, Active Directory, Office 365
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support via phone, ticketing system, and in-person at the service desk
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure functionality
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and print queues
  • Instruct users in various systems and applications
  • Manage IT equipment – receiving, issuing, unpacking, and returning
  • Follow up on tickets and contribute to the development of the IT self-service portal and FAQ
