A temporary position to cover parental leave at Nordlo Improve's servicedesk. First point of contact for customers, handling incoming technical support issues via phone. Opportunity to learn and develop skills in a varied environment.
Main requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in support, customer service or similar
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Interest in learning new things
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve incoming cases via phone, remote control, or on-site at customer offices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
  • Escalate more complex issues to second line support or relevant department
  • Document and follow up cases in the ticketing system
  • Ensure users have a positive experience through professional and service-oriented interaction
Required hard skills:
