Main requirements:
  • Academic education in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing complex IT projects in large organizations
  • Experience in implementing business systems
  • Experience working with steering groups in complex client organizations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT projects within economy and HR domains
  • Communicate with steering groups and various stakeholders inside and outside the County Administrative Boards
  • Manage projects considering public sector requirements
  • Coordinate teams and follow up on work progress
  • Build trustful relationships and networks
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Motivate and empower team members to achieve common goals
  • Contribute to organizational competence building and development
