The position involves driving development and improvement of internal processes through digital solutions, acting as a link between organizational needs and technical possibilities within the healthcare region of Jönköping.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of digitalization opportunities and experience working with IT-related projects.
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
  • Experience leading digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in complex organizations.
  • Experience in process and change management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capture improvement needs from various parts of the organization and translate them into concrete solutions.
  • Drive development and improvement work.
  • Support operational change initiatives within the business with methodology guidance in business development.
  • Ensure that solutions meet the business requirements for quality, security, and user-friendliness.
  • Lead and support digitalization of business processes from needs identification to implementation of digital solutions.
  • Analyze and identify business processes with development potential through digital methods.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities related to digitalization.
  • Initiate and lead development initiatives at the intersection of IT and business.
  • Ensure that new solutions are sustainable, user-friendly, and clearly valuable to the business.
  • Support managers and employees in change work related to digital ways of working.
  • Contribute with methodology support in business development, process mapping, and improvement work.
  • Play an active role in collaboration with internal and external partners in digitalization and IT areas.
