A unique opportunity to shape a key role in a growing industrial company managing production-related IT systems to ensure their full capacity usage. Responsible for operation, development, and optimization of systems including Baltazar, Rekton SPS, Effecto, and Microsoft D365, bridging production, technology, and IT to enhance efficiency and future development.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with operation follow-up systems, automation, MES, SCADA, OEE, or ERP
  • Knowledge in database management and user interfaces (e.g., Microsoft Fabric)
  • Previous work experience in an industrial, preferably production-related, environment
  • Good communication skills and collaboration willingness
  • Education in IT, automation, informatics or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS)
  • Ensure effective communication and integration between systems
  • Support users with training and assistance
  • Act as superuser, developer, and trainer for production-related systems
  • Ensure IT security and operational reliability of systems
  • Identify improvement areas and drive technical development
Required hard skills:
  • Operation follow-up systems experience (e.g., MES, SCADA)
