Main requirements:
- Technical higher education or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years development experience, preferably from early product development stages and in global tech companies.
- Experience in leadership roles such as team lead or development manager.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Deepen knowledge in VPN technology and stay updated with industry trends.
- Responsible for prioritization and designing the roadmap for the app team.
- Lead and coordinate the team to ensure technical quality, clear direction, and high delivery capacity.
- Collaborate closely with other teams responsible for server infrastructure.
- Participate in the management group contributing technical and strategic understanding.
