Main requirements:
  • Thinking in systems of systems and understanding feedback loops in complex systems

  • University or college degree in IT (minimum 180 credits) or equivalent education and experience
  • Several years’ experience in software development using .NET/C#
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Further develop announcement systems to provide relevant and reliable traffic information to train travelers today and in the future
  • Work to ensure system quality and availability impacting hundreds of thousands of travelers daily
  • Use automated testing and system verification such as unit tests and Gherkin to enable platform updates without manual intervention and with high availability
  • Collaborate closely within a team of 8-10 members in the Traffic Information division at Railway IT
  • Engage in dialogues with users to ensure the delivery of correct solutions
