Lead and innovate in technical project management within E-Mobility and Electrification. Manage diverse development projects from concept to large-scale production, focusing on hardware and design, combining broad engineering expertise and user-centered approaches.
Main requirements:
  • Strong experience in product development within mechanical engineering, electrical infrastructure or similar.
  • Engineering degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Previous experience in Systems engineering, Technical integration or as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Good knowledge of product development processes, project models and methodologies.
  • Project management certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to explain complex problems clearly to both experts and non-experts.
  • Fluency in Swedish or English.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
