Senior Technical Project Manager role based in Luleå, Sweden, responsible for leading technical IT assignments within healthcare and related operations with no remote work.
Main requirements:
  • Strong experience working with Medusa.
  • Solid knowledge of Jira.
  • Strong understanding of Windows platforms and client environments.
  • Experience with E-clients and healthcare-specific adaptations.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of label printers, printers, and print technologies.
  • Proven experience in technical project or assignment management.
  • Background in complex IT projects within regional or municipal contexts.
  • Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting in large environments.
  • Familiarity with health information systems such as VAS/Cosmic.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical IT assignments within healthcare and related operations.
  • Coordinate development within IT environments (clients, Office 365, case management).
  • Represent Region Norrbotten in technical forums and collaboration groups.
  • Engage with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Drive development in case management systems and their integrations.
  • Lead system release management and testing activities.
  • Manage system integrations, portals, and infrastructure components.
  • Participate in technical investigations across departments.
