IT & Application Lead at Dafo Vehicle

Lead IT and application management efforts at Dafo Vehicle, one of the largest Nordic providers of fire protection and rescue equipment. Manage licensing, budgets, and system improvements in a hybrid, international, and sustainability-focused environment.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT, information systems, industrial economics or related field
  • Documented experience with business systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and IT management
  • Structured and communicative with strong project planning and leadership skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the roadmap and change-log for Dynamics 365 and other business applications
  • Manage license structures, agreements, access controls, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate IT budgets and costs in dialogue with Financial Manager
  • Drive and project lead system-related changes and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain documentation processes and Super User structure
