As a Solution Architect at OneMed Sweden, you will take overarching technical responsibility to create smart and sustainable healthcare solutions. You will act as an important link between technology, business, and external partners, helping navigate a complex and exciting technical environment. You will work closely with a skilled and supportive team to develop architecture and coordinate technical initiatives that improve patient care and healthcare efficiency.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant educational background in IT, systems science or a related field
  • Extensive experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a Solution Architect or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of modern system architecture and building scalable, distributed solutions
  • Experience shaping technical end-to-end solutions involving multiple systems and platforms
  • Ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical decisions understandable to both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical sounding board for product owners, developers, and consultants by creating understanding, structure, and direction in their projects
  • Drive and coordinate major technical initiatives related to security, integrations, authentication, and deployment processes
  • Work closely with the business to transform requirements into sustainable, practical technical solutions
  • Participate in feasibility studies, technology evaluations, and dialogues with partners
  • Contribute to the development of important systems such as Guide—the digital prescription support system aiding healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and analyze technical incidents and improvement areas while supporting teams without taking over their responsibilities
