A service-oriented IT Support Technician fluent in Norwegian is sought to join an innovative and knowledgeable servicedesk team. The role involves solving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing support in a modern Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, including account administration in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID. The position requires handling client computers, servers, mobile phones, and interacting with users via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Main requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian, Swedish, and English
  • Strong interest in IT
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is meritorious
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, and hardware
  • Ability to work under stress and be detail-oriented
  • Good teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle incidents from users providing excellent service
  • Manage client computers, servers, and mobile devices
  • Work within Windows environment including Microsoft 365 and corporate applications
  • Administer Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID accounts
  • Follow up and close user cases focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report recurring problems in support delivery
