Senior Fullstack Developer

Our office in Halmstad is seeking reinforcement, and our development teams need a new senior fullstack developer to help build innovative digital products for our clients. If you share our interest in technology, great user experiences, and building strong teams, we'd love to meet you.
Main requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish spoken and written
- Willing to work in Halmstad area 3-5 days per week
- Valid work visa and qualified work permits
Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality solutions and stable codebases providing real business value to clients
- Share knowledge with team members and clients
- Participate fully in the development process and take shared ownership and responsibility
- Collaborate closely with frontend, fullstack, backend developers and UX/UI designers
Required hard skills:
- At least five years of professional experience as a developer
- Experience writing testable and scalable code in frontend frameworks such as React
- Experience writing backend code in Java, Go, TypeScript or similar
- Experience working with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- Good understanding of code reviews and their role in software development
- Good understanding and experience consuming APIs
- Experience working in agile teams
- Comfortable having deep technical discussions in English
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with React Native and/or Expo
- Experience with AI assisted coding tools such as Windsurf, Copilot or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
