Management Leader within Data Platform

As a Management Leader, you will have a key role in ensuring that our customers' system management and application development maintain high quality, are delivered as agreed, and create value over time. You will lead and coordinate teams, ensure structure and process, and proactively drive the further development of management assignments within the data platform area. This is a responsible role where you become the customer's main contact person, coordinate deliveries, and ensure that both business goals and technical goals are achieved.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with agile and waterfall based projects
  • Experience in system management, support processes, and documentation
  • Good understanding of integrations, data platforms, or applications
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Clear communication skills, both oral and written, in Swedish and English
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams and manage stakeholders
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the management group and external stakeholders, ensuring assignments follow schedule, budget and quality
  • Proactively develop and upsell by driving management objects forward through improvement suggestions and development initiatives
  • Work closely with sales to flag business opportunities and ensure communications and deliveries are reviewed and quality assured before reaching customers
  • Quality assurance and documentation, responsible for overall documentation, communicating decisions and changes, and ensuring solution proposals and estimates are reviewed before being presented to the customer
  • Resource and availability planning, ensuring team utilization, managing workspaces, staffing during vacation periods, and ensuring overtime is approved by correct parties
