We at Nexer Infrastructure are seeking knowledgeable IT Support Technicians for our team who want to broaden their skills in IT support and infrastructure. We have exciting assignments with our clients in the Gothenburg area and are looking for candidates with several years of experience in IT support.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT support
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong technical interest and experience in troubleshooting both software and hardware
  • Motivation for problem solving and user support
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Work as a consultant onsite or remotely within customers' IT teams to create efficient IT organizations
  • Provide 1st line, 2nd line, or on-site support depending on assignment
  • Gain understanding of customers' IT environments and provide troubleshooting
  • Assist users with daily IT issues
  • Work with Active Directory, ticketing systems, remote control tools, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting including conference equipment when working on-site
  • Provide high service level with a helpful and pedagogical approach
