Main requirements:
  • You have worked many years in development with a strong technical foundation.
  • You can discuss product, customer, and user needs effectively.
  • You want to be involved in long-term planning of service development.
  • You are a senior developer focused on product development.
  • You contribute to the long-term technical development plan.
  • You enjoy sketching ideas, discussing solutions, and collaborating with colleagues across competencies.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • You can easily travel to Gothenburg when needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Work broadly and in detail on both product and technical aspects.
  • Engage in long-term planning and development of the service.
  • Collaborate closely with team members through discussions and idea sketching.
Required hard skills:
  • Software development with strong technical fundamentals.
  • Experience with PHP, Node.js, PostgreSQL (Backend).
  • Experience with Vue and Google Web Toolkit (Frontend).
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with SaaS, Business Intelligence, or hospitality-related systems.
Soft skills:
  • Ability to discuss product, customer, and user needs.
  • Collaborative and enjoys teamwork and idea exchange.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
