Support Technician

We are looking for a support technician with previous experience who has strong customer focus and enjoys providing professional service. The job involves quickly learning new systems and technologies, adapting to different customer needs, and managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Personal suitability and teamwork skills are highly valued.
Main requirements:
- At least upper secondary education, preferably in IT support/technology.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in IT support or other technical IT roles with a strong interest and experience in support.
- Strong customer focus and ability to provide professional service.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Adaptability to different customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling several cases and processes simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills, social and collaborative attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional IT support to customers.
- Support computers running Windows 10/11 and Mac.
- Administer Active Directory, Exchange, MS Teams or Office 365 services.
- Handle support cases using a ticketing/issue tracking system.
- Support hardware and peripheral devices.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Required hard skills:
- Proficient with MS Office applications (2010/13/16).
- Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
- Experience supporting computers with Windows 10/11.
- Administration skills in Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams or Office 365 services.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
- Ability to support both PC and Mac platforms.
- Knowledge of hardware and peripheral devices.
- Experience with issue/ticket management systems.
