Join Fordonsakademin as a trainer for our National Vocational Education Network Technician program. We are in an expansion phase and are now expanding our vocational college with more programs. In this role as a trainer, you will have a central and influential position where you directly contribute to the quality and relevance of the education. Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience from the IT industry, specifically in the role of a Network Technician.
  • Good understanding of vocational college structure and regulations is an advantage.
  • Pedagogical and methodical skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced in using Office 365 and comfortable with various digital systems and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as collaborate well with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently design and develop lecture material based on detailed curricula.
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate lessons within the Network Technician education program.
  • Collaborate closely with the education manager to ensure the highest quality of education.
  • Work together with industry representatives and other teachers to continuously improve and update the program.
  • Follow up on and support students' progress and learning.
