Join Fordonsakademin as a trainer for our National Vocational Education Network Technician program. We are in an expansion phase and are now expanding our vocational college with more programs. In this role as a trainer, you will have a central and influential position where you directly contribute to the quality and relevance of the education. Your expertise and commitment are crucial for the success of our students. This position is located in Solna and offers exciting development opportunities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience from the IT industry, specifically in the role of a Network Technician.
  • Good understanding of vocational college structure and regulations is an advantage.
  • Pedagogical and methodical skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced in using Office 365 and comfortable with various digital systems and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as collaborate well with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently design and develop lecture material based on detailed curricula.
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate lessons within the Network Technician education program.
  • Collaborate closely with the education manager to ensure the highest quality of education.
  • Work together with industry representatives and other teachers to continuously improve and update the program.
  • Follow up on and support students' progress and learning.
