Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience working in a servicedesk
  • At least 2 years of experience as a support technician
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience working with Windows
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle support cases via phone and ticketing system
  • Provide on-site user support
  • Troubleshoot computers, phones, printers, and applications
  • Manage IT equipment deliveries
  • Manage users in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Provide remote support
