Main requirements:
  • Up to 5 years experience leading testing work and test teams
  • Proficient in Swedish language, both speaking and writing
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate test activities
  • Develop test strategies and test plans
  • Conduct risk analyses and develop test cases
  • Ensure testing is performed according to defined guidelines and standards
  • Report and follow-up on test results
  • Handle and resolve deviations and issues occurring during the testing process
  • Continuously improve the testing process
