Main requirements:
- Up to 5 years experience leading testing work and test teams
- Proficient in Swedish language, both speaking and writing
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate test activities
- Develop test strategies and test plans
- Conduct risk analyses and develop test cases
- Ensure testing is performed according to defined guidelines and standards
- Report and follow-up on test results
- Handle and resolve deviations and issues occurring during the testing process
- Continuously improve the testing process
Required hard skills:
- Experience leading testing teams
- Knowledge of test methods and processes
- Experience with automated testing
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with agile methods and frameworks such as Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban
- Experience working in large-scale and complex technical environments
