Senior Fullstack Developer

Experienced and committed software developer for long-term assignment involving maintenance and modernization of business-critical applications and core services aimed at external stakeholders. Key role in the team contributing throughout the development chain, from requirements and architecture to development, testing, and deployment. Also responsible for onboarding new junior developers joining the team by year-end.
Main requirements:
  • 9–12 years of experience (Competence level 4)
  • At least 5 years of recent experience with Java, SQL, Oracle, and REST (within last 6 years)
  • At least 5 years experience working with OpenShift
  • Documented experience in development and maintenance of large system environments with more than 5000 users
  • Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban frameworks
  • Strong knowledge in technical design and data modeling
  • Practical experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Tekton
  • Experience with user support and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience from public sector or government agency
  • Very good Swedish skills, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operation, further development and quality assurance of existing applications in accordance with current guidelines
  • Contribute to modernization of systems by migrating functionality to newer technical platforms
  • Design and implement robust integration solutions for communication with external systems
  • Participate in analysis and troubleshooting to resolve incidents and prevent disruptions
  • Work closely with the team following agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure continuous deliveries during 2025
  • Play a central role in introduction and onboarding of newly hired junior developers joining the team around year-end
