The role involves independent and close-to-business work within a successful team responsible for operating and developing the Windows client environment and providing third-line support. The position emphasizes continuous innovation with a strong focus on security, reliability, and availability, using mainly Microsoft's infrastructure components.
Main requirements:
- University education in IT or equivalent documented knowledge
- Good skills in Powershell
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems
- Ability to systematically analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
Responsibilities:
- Operate and develop the Windows client environment
- Provide third-line support
- Continuously drive innovation and improvements focusing on automation, security updates, and system reliability
- Conduct continuous monitoring of developments in the IT field to keep systems updated and secure
- Collaborate effectively within a successful team
- Plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively
Required hard skills:
- Powershell scripting
- Microsoft Windows client OS expertise
- System analysis and troubleshooting

- ITIL experience
