Design and develop IT solutions/applications to support business areas with system support for processes including Document Management, Project Management, HR, and Travel Management. Ensure IT solutions comply with regulatory requirements, business needs, and overall enterprise architecture principles.
Main requirements:
  • Academic education in IT or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience working with IT, preferably in an architect role
  • Experience designing, developing, or managing IT applications
  • Experience in application, information, and/or integration architecture
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall architecture and ensuring IT solutions are developed in line with IT strategy, regulations, laws, processes, and standards
  • Analyze new business requirements and ensure technical solutions follow industry best practices and standards
  • Design solution proposals for both on-premise and cloud solutions
  • Contribute to decision-making materials for business and technical choices
  • Present and communicate solutions to various audiences and forums

  • Experience with HR systems
