The System Administrator will work within the Labor Market and Social Services administration to manage, maintain, and develop the Viva operational system and support the transition to the new social services law through digital solutions. The role involves collaboration with various specialists in an interdisciplinary team to provide IT and digitalization support and manage the new intranet system, contributing to quality and efficiency improvements within the organization.

- Experience in system administration and development of operational systems.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and develop the operational system Viva.
- Participate in procurement of new operational systems.
- Act as a contact person between the administration, system suppliers, and the city IT unit.
- Handle system upgrades, configurations, access management, support, and user training.
- Contribute to development work ensuring quality and efficiency through digitalization.
- Implement the city's new system management model.
- Participate in the administration's digitalization network.
- Work with the city's new intranet – publishing, structuring, and ensuring information availability.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
