Seeking an IT Support Technician with a strong interest in IT and excellent service skills to join Experis. The role involves handling IT support requests via phone, chat, and email, assisting users with various technical challenges in diverse IT environments including information security, networking, peripherals, and operating systems.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant upper secondary education
  • At least six months experience in helpdesk or similar role
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems
  • General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage IT support requests via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide knowledge sharing and support to users facing IT challenges
  • Work with diverse technology environments including information security, networks, peripherals, and operating systems
  • Contribute to individual and team-driven projects to enhance IT service and solutions
