Senior Requirements and Process Modeler

Seeking a senior requirements and process modeler with extensive experience leading and structuring comprehensive requirements work in complex environments within the insurance industry. Responsible for process modeling and visualizing business processes, ensuring the new user interface is designed based on clear, well-grounded, and business-critical requirements in close collaboration with the existing requirements, process, and change management team.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience in requirements management and process modeling in large-scale insurance development projects
  • Strong skills in documenting requirements and processes in a structured, detailed, and traceable manner
  • Deep knowledge of process modeling and business flow visualization (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Enterprise Architect)
  • Experience creating process diagrams in EA Sparx or Prolaborate
  • Strong background in requirements methodology, analysis, and documentation
  • Experience with requirements management tools, specifically Azure DevOps
  • Good understanding of UI development and UX/UI principles
  • Experience working with agile methods in cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and maintaining information models supporting requirements and process work
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and structure requirements work throughout the entire development process focusing on clear, complete, and traceable documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Map, analyze, model, and visualize current and future processes closely with business experts and stakeholders using tools like BPMN
  • Translate business goals, user needs, and legal requirements into detailed requirement specifications and process descriptions
  • Serve as a bridge between business and development teams by translating business and user requirements into technical solutions alongside solution architects and developers
  • Collaborate closely with the requirements and process team to ensure consistent practices and efficient requirements management
  • Support development teams, UX/UI designers, and testers by providing clear process maps and requirement documentation
  • Manage requirements traceability and change management, including communicating requirement changes
  • Support acceptance testing by developing and verifying acceptance criteria and test cases based on requirement specifications
  • Work with information models related to requirements and processes, including development and maintenance of models supporting both requirements specification and process development
