As a POS Solution Specialist, you will be part of the Business Tech department, responsible for ensuring the functionality, development, and high standards of our sales systems, mainly the Oracle Simphony POS system, impacting our entire sales process.
Main requirements:
- Interest in technology and problem-solving
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting including hardware and software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external suppliers
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience using ITIL, log management, technical documentation, or working in agile teams is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure the Oracle Simphony POS system
- Set up menus, functions, and configurations affecting sales
- Add new products to digital sales channels
- Identify and resolve bugs and support issue troubleshooting
- Test and roll out new system features
- Collaborate with suppliers and technical partners
- Support restaurants and internal teams with technical solutions
- Participate actively in development projects to shape future technology use at MAX
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Simphony or similar POS systems
