Main requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pega development
  • SSA certification within Pega domain
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in an agile cross-functional development team covering end-to-end solution delivery from idea to follow-up
  • Work on both new development and maintenance of digital services and concepts within case management
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to design and realize Pega solutions meeting user needs
  • Engage in user needs analysis, ideation, design thinking, implementation, and end-user testing
Required hard skills:
  • Min. 2 years of Pega development experience
  • SSA certification in Pega
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • LSA certification in Pega
  • Experience working in complex IT environments at large government agencies
  • Experience with Pega Constellation
  • Experience with Pega Customer Service
