Technical System Administrator - OT Responsible

As a Technical System Administrator, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining OT systems to ensure the operation of critical infrastructure through smart and secure automation solutions in the energy and water sectors. You will work at the intersection of IT and production, involved both strategically and operationally to enhance digital automation and security.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education in fields such as systems science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or automation technology, or equivalent education/work experience
  • Several years of experience in technical system administration, preferably in an industrial IT/OT environment
  • Experience with SCADA/DCS, HMI, PLC and other automation systems
  • Good knowledge of networking, especially in OT environments
  • Experience working with cybersecurity
  • Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop OT systems including SCADA, HMI, PLC networks, and data collection systems
  • Ensure systems meet high standards for availability, security, and compliance
  • Coordinate efforts between operations, production, IT, and external suppliers
  • Lead and participate in improvement projects, upgrades, and new solution implementations
  • Responsible for documentation, system inventory, and configuration management
  • Initiate and support cybersecurity efforts within the OT environment
