Servicecenter is part of the communications department in Järfälla municipality. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to the residents of Järfälla. We handle phone calls, in-person meetings, and emails from residents, businesses, and visitors through our telephony and case management systems. We strive to operate Sweden's best service center – your role is therefore important. Our case management system is called Helpdesk and the telephony system is Artvise. Main requirements:
  • Academic education
  • Experience in system administration and project management
  • Experience with telephony and case management systems
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the Helpdesk case management system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to adapt systems to user needs
  • Provide extensive support to approximately 400-500 municipal users of Helpdesk
  • Ensure system quality, usability, and information security
  • Lead improvement initiatives and follow up on costs and budget
  • Serve as contact person with system vendors and manage vendor relations
  • Handle telephony system (Artvise) temporary changes, fault reports, and vendor contact
  • Work at least two hours weekly front-facing as service officer meeting citizens to gain practical insight
