The RAN Stability Verification Engineer at Ericsson AB is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and delivering Ericsson RAN Access Network products to global customers. The role involves driving end-to-end system level tests in RAN technologies, performing requirement analysis, troubleshooting system issues, delivering data-driven software assessments, participating in customer validation tests, driving continuous improvements, developing technical competence, and creating innovative efficiency solutions. This full-time position is based in Kista, Sweden, within a hybrid work environment, focusing on maintaining Ericsson's leadership in 5G RAN technologies.
Main requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in integration and verification or product development, preferably in Radio Access Network technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to assess product performance in a customer-like environment
  • Ability to drive improvements by identifying gaps and initiating changes
  • Knowledge and experience in 5G RAN (NR)
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, logical and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end system level tests in RAN technologies to evaluate product readiness for release
  • Perform requirement analysis to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Conduct system level troubleshooting to differentiate product or environmental issues
  • Deliver software assessments using a data-driven and analytical approach
  • Participate in customer validation tests to verify requirements coverage
  • Drive continuous improvements in products, structures, and processes
  • Continuously develop technical competence in the domain
  • Create innovative solutions that increase team efficiency and reduce lead time
