Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience in master planning and production planning in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chains, and operational dynamics
  • Proficiency in enterprise business systems, preferably with IFS experience
  • Ability to analyze and refine planning processes
  • Excellent communication skills for customer-facing and cross-functional teamwork
  • Proactive, structured, solution-focused approach to continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Support and optimize master planning and production planning processes for manufacturing clients
  • Collaborate with customer teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective planning solutions
  • Analyze existing planning workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement sustainable planning processes aligned with operational and strategic goals
  • Work within enterprise business systems, especially IFS, to ensure process alignment
  • Maintain regular dialogue with stakeholders for transparency and continuous improvement
