The role involves supporting and improving IT workplace solutions in a larger organization, emphasizing technical breadth, proactive problem solving, and clear communication. The position requires at least 4 years of relevant experience and offers a permanent full-time position in Stockholm with career development opportunities.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience with IT workplace solutions in larger organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, M365, network connections, troubleshooting, imaging, and client distribution tools such as Intune and SCCM
  • Experience working independently on improvements and change management
  • Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Strong communication skills with ability to support both technical and non-technical users
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Independently install, configure, and manage client platforms, printers, phones, and other workplace devices
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex technical incidents related to workplace environments both on-site and remotely
  • Ensure patch and update management according to security standards; monitor system health and compliance
  • Provide advanced user support and contribute to internal user training and knowledge sharing
  • Document changes, improvements, and solutions in a structured manner; manage inventory and lifecycle of hardware
  • Propose improvements to increase automation, efficiency, and quality in workplace processes and technical platforms
  • Collaborate closely with IT operations, information security, and architecture teams to ensure holistic perspective and continuous development
