Senior Linux System Administrator

We are looking for an engaged and skilled Linux system administrator to work with some of Sweden's largest and most interesting Linux environments. Main requirements:
  • Completed relevant education.
  • At least 9 years of experience working with Linux systems.
  • Experience with various Linux distributions, preferably Red Hat.
  • Maintenance of systems and servers.
  • Scripting/programming skills.
  • Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and security.
  • Experience with information security and network security.
  • Work related to security preparations.
Responsibilities:
  • Work onsite at customer locations, managing and developing their IT environments.
  • Engage with large scale environments (thousands to tens of thousands of machines).
  • Develop skills and specialize in areas of personal interest within Linux.
  • Represent SysPartner professionally at client sites.
Required hard skills:
  • Linux system administration (various distributions, preferably Red Hat).
  • System and server maintenance.
  • Scripting/programming.
  • Network, firewall and security knowledge.
  • Information security and network security experience.
