Main requirements:
- Minimum five years experience in modern .NET development environments
- Strong collaboration skills and good understanding of business logic
- Passion for creating real user value
- Relevant engineering education in computer science, systems science or similar
- Experience with C#, .NET (preferably versions 8/9), EF Core, and SQL Server
- Interest in code quality, refactoring, and automated testing
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP, EDI)
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure is a plus)
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Define structure for new and existing code base
- Actively apply clean code principles, design patterns, and testability
- Drive technical decisions in collaboration with team
- Coach other developers on architecture and code quality
- Participate in full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Focus on customer value, understanding user needs and converting them into effective long-term solutions
