Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in infrastructure and server operation, preferably in business-critical or societal-critical environments
  • Strong technical knowledge in Windows Server environments and Microsoft product portfolio
  • Ability to act as a technically responsible contact person to customers
  • Experience in implementation projects, operational management, and further development
  • Competent in leading operational meetings focused on IT and operational security
  • Ability to drive development and optimization of customer systems and surrounding services
  • Capable of solution design and acting as an architect in cooperation with the IT infrastructure department
  • Swedish citizenship (due to security clearance)
  • B driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technically responsible contact person towards customers
  • Participate in implementation projects, system management, and continuous development
  • Lead operational meetings with a focus on IT and operational security
  • Drive development and optimization of customer's systems and adjacent services
  • Act as an architect focused on solution design together with the IT infrastructure division
