We are looking for a social and driven IT Support Technician with a passion for technology to work in a modern, Apple-dominated IT environment in Borås. The role involves remote and on-site support, including walk-in desk assistance, troubleshooting, and administration in a varied technical environment. The job includes travel between offices, thus a B driver's license is required.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

  • Possession of B-class driving license due to travel between offices.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support and assist users on-site through a walk-in desk.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues in a varied technical environment.
  • Handle cases via telephone and IT systems.
  • Travel between different offices as part of the role.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Apple devices (Mac, iPhone).
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Experience with AWS and Windows server environments.
  • Understanding of Cisco Meraki networking equipment.
  • Experience with OneLogin MFA.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using ticketing/incident management systems.
