We are seeking a Senior Hardware Specialist & Functional Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce to join our team. The role involves configuring and supporting retail and commerce channels, payment integrations, and omni-channel payment solutions. The candidate will work closely with product teams on documentation, configuration, and functional design while ensuring compliance and best practices.
Main requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce
  • Strong knowledge of Retail and Commerce channel configurations (POS, Call Center, E-commerce)
  • Hands-on experience with payment connectors like Adyen, PayPal, and other third-party solutions
  • Experience in omni-channel payments, PCI compliance, and payment method configurations
  • Ability to write comprehensive functional design documents and detailed test scenarios
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in product teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configurations with minimal customizations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce innovations
Responsibilities:
  • Support documentation and configuration activities for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce Payments Product
  • Configure retail and commerce channels including POS, Call Center, and E-commerce
  • Define and configure payment methods, tender types, and card types per channel
  • Set up and manage payment connectors including tokenization and PCI compliance
  • Configure omni-channel commerce order payments with unified editing and refunds
  • Enable feature management for payment posting, duplicate payment protection, and refunds
  • Activate call center payment validations and order completion settings
  • Configure e-commerce payment modules and manage gift cards, loyalty points, and customer accounts
  • Execute scheduler jobs for payment data synchronization
  • Collaborate on backlog management, sprint planning, and solution demos
  • Write and review functional design documents and integration mappings
  • Provide guidance during design, build, and implementation phases including training and troubleshooting
  • Work alongside technical consultants to translate functional requirements
  • Support acceptance criteria and testing phases
  • Stay updated with industry and product developments
  • Promote teamwork and contribute actively to product success
