Join the IT team in Motala municipality to lead and coordinate digitalisation efforts as both a Digitalisation Leader and Project Manager. You will play a key role in implementing digital ambitions by managing IT-driven digitalisation projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance sustainable development in Motala.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in relevant field such as information systems, IT management or similar.
  • Experience working with project tools and established project models.
  • Proven experience leading and working in projects, preferably linked to IT and digitalisation.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
  • Preferred experience or education in change management.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2) or certification in digitalisation is meritorious.
  • Experience from public sector is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead IT-related digitalisation efforts together with business developers and other digitalisation leaders.
  • Ensure that correct resources are in place and follow up on deliveries.
  • Work strategically and operationally to achieve digitalisation goals.
  • Lead and drive IT and digitalisation projects according to the municipality's project model.
  • Plan, coordinate, and engage project groups.
  • Manage dialogues with suppliers and ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and within budget.
