Lead and develop TMHE's enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap to support digital transformation and business objectives within a global and innovative material handling company.
Main requirements:
  • Strong change leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading enterprise architecture in large and complex organizations.
  • Relevant education in IT or related fields.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, applications, and data governance.
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture's role in business development.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the enterprise architecture team and its value creation.
  • Establish governance models for enterprise architecture supporting business needs and strategic goals.
  • Communicate and anchor architecture strategies with decision-makers in both IT and business.
  • Actively contribute to prioritized transformation initiatives such as ERP modernization, AI, and data-driven development.
  • Create understanding of enterprise architecture's value and direction across the organization.
