Having your own MVP or a clear product idea you intend to develop further.
Comfortable with a consultant role while wanting a place to build your own products.
Desire to maximize returns on your time and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Contribute as a senior consultant on client assignments.
Develop and advance your own MVP or product idea with support.
Collaborate with a network of like-minded entrepreneurial developers and business developers.
Participate in mentorship, sparring, and technical and business development activities.
Potentially engage in co-investment or business development partnerships via Deploja.

Required hard skills:

Software development with 7+ years experience.
Knowledge of Java, .NET, Kotlin, JavaScript, React, Node.js.
Experience with cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
