Second line support in Maximo

Seeking junior system consultants for second line support with IBM Maximo and similar maintenance systems, supporting large industrial companies remotely with opportunities for learning and development.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with maintenance systems such as IBM Maximo, IFS, Ultimo, SAP PM, MainMaster, Hexagon, or similar CMMS systems
  • Understanding of asset management and technical system support in industrial environments
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
  • Handle second line support cases in IBM Maximo, managing more advanced cases unresolved by first line support
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and guide customers on system usage
  • Escalate cases to senior consultants when needed
  • Work strategically close to customers to improve system support
  • Develop internal processes and support junior colleagues
  • Use Jira for issue management
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IBM Maximo or similar maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of asset management in industrial settings
  • Proficient communication skills in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Python programming
  • Specific experience with IBM Maximo
