Responsibilities:
- Map current systems and their usage and understand their interconnections
- Suggest improvements to the current setup
- Gather facts and trends to support decision-making for management and colleagues
- Develop best practices and train colleagues
- Define target visions and roadmap forward
- Drive improvements, both small and large, through projects
- Network and collaborate to stay at the forefront of technology
