Tools used include Servicedesk Plus for ticket management, Quick Assist for remote desktop support, Active Directory (including Azure and Office 365) for account and group management, and ASG-Remote for server remote control. Main requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and Swedish
- Minimum 1 year experience as 1st line IT support technician in service desk
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting via remote control
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Good phone skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting in Windows and Office 365 environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via phone, email, and on-site as needed
- Troubleshoot IT issues related to computers, equipment, phones, printers, and software
- Use Servicedesk Plus for handling support tickets
- Perform remote desktop support using Quick Assist
- Manage accounts and groups via Active Directory and cloud services (Azure, Office 365 admin panels)
- Remote control of servers using ASG-Remote
