- Good knowledge and current experience with RHEL or similar Linux distributions for platform management

- Proficiency in scripting, REGEX/GROK, PowerShell or equivalents for platform development
- Several years of relevant work experience with agile development methods
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage Splunk Enterprise and related data analysis platforms
- Collaborate with architects and platform specialists to manage a central log platform used by multiple government agencies
- Implement new solutions and maintain existing data pipelines and platforms
- Administer platform configurations and support solution customers
- Engage in cooperation with other teams and contribute to long-term sustainable and secure platform solutions
- Participate in agile DevOps team activities and practices
Required hard skills:
- Splunk Enterprise platform expertise
- Linux (RHEL or equivalent) system administration
- Automation with Ansible or similar tools
- Scripting skills (REGEX/GROK, PowerShell or equivalents)
- Agile development methodologies experience
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with multi-tenant delivery environments
- Knowledge of Cribl Stream or similar telemetry data pipeline solutions
- Experience in IT security, Observability, or IT monitoring
- Experience working with large government agencies (5,000+ employees)
- Splunk certification
