We are looking for a Business Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012, especially in supply chain management, to help our customers maximize the potential of their D365 solutions by challenging and guiding them. As a skilled communicator and trusted digital advisor, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet customer needs.
Main requirements:
  • Approximately three years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012, especially in supply chain management.
  • Ability to understand tasks at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Preferably prior experience in a consulting role.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, as these are the languages customers communicate in.
  • Customer-focused, independent, and proactive in driving initiatives for customers.
  • Enjoys a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted digital advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique needs and connect these to technical opportunities within Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Support entire implementation cycle, from consultancy and inquiries to managing changes as customer business evolves.
  • Enable customers to leverage Microsoft’s latest releases and implement customized solutions that make an impact.
  • Participate actively in the global network of colleagues and contribute in Subject Matter Expert groups.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012.
  • Strong knowledge in supply chain management processes and solutions.
  • Consultancy experience or equivalent understanding of advisory roles.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 latest releases and updates.
  • Familiarity with implementing tailored digital solutions in customer environments.
