Main requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in IT support

- Experience with Windows environments
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Receive and resolve support cases via a ticketing system
- Understand user situations and provide effective assistance
- Ensure the customer's environment functions smoothly
- Support users via phone and email in a clear and pedagogical manner
